Online Child Abuse Prevention Training

We know that when trained adults within a program serving children understand that they play a valuable role in keeping children and youth safe, that organization thrives at protecting kids.

The Learning Zone’s main focus is to train your organization’s staff to prevent child abuse from ever happening. Our training is more than a check-off. It uses national experts to get the point across while keeping the viewer engaged.

This training will help:

Protect those that can not protect themselves
Keep your organization safe so you can stay on mission
Keep your staff and volunteers, who love serving, educated on the topic of keeping kids safe
Keep a child’s hopes and dreams alive

The bottom line is that this training is vital to protect children from harm and to protect the mission of the organization.

Volunteer And Staff Training

Within this training package, there are two courses available: a staff/high level volunteer course and a volunteer course. The staff/high level volunteer training is made up of both videos and podcasts containing about 2.5 hours of content. The volunteer course is video-based and contains about 1 hour of content. The courses are all mobile friendly and the videos are 7-10 minutes in length, while the podcasts are about 25 minutes in length. Within the courses, there are quizzes built to test for retention.
