WHY US?
SafeHiring Solutions is a company founded by Mike McCarty, a former law enforcement official. Dismayed by seeing a local school district hire two sex offenders, he created SafeHiring Solutions to ensure safety for all. Since its inception nearly 20 years ago, we have supported the safety of numerous organizations across the U.S., including schools, ministries, national non-profits like Boys and Girls Clubs and Kiwanis, and corporate clients.
Our aim is to be reliable, innovative, comprehensive, and accessible. We offer streamlined integrations, automation, and cost savings. We also do not charge monthly minimums or a setup fee for our services. Altogether, our robust catalog of products and services helps reduce the risk of bad hires, abuse, active shooters, and violence in general.
