Our tenant screening service includes a credit report and search of the national criminal database and national sex offender registry. Unique to Safe Hiring Solutions, we also offer a free Tenant Scorecard, which assigns each potential candidate with a pass, fail or conditional score.
In addition, county criminal searches and eviction records can be added to the core package. Beyond our basic tenant screening package, you may opt to include any other of our add-on background check and screening services.
